Namrata Tekchandani is a Senior Associate at SNG & RE Legal Advisors & Consultants and has been exclusively engaged in real estate laws and property transactions since 2019. She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Amity University, and brings substantial experience in title due diligence, transactional documentation, and regulatory compliance across diverse categories of land and assets. Namrata specializes in real estate due diligence, title investigation, risk assessment, revenue and municipal record verification, and drafting of transactional documents for property acquisitions, leases, licensing arrangements, and renewals. She routinely drafts and reviews a wide range of property transfer and security documents, including Sale Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, Settlement Deeds, Gift Deeds, Relinquishment Deeds, Memorandum, partition Deeds relating to transfer of floor, land plots, Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, LOI, Addendums, Declarations, Affidavits, Indemnities, and other instruments required for real estate transactions.

She also handles banking and lender-side documentation, including Mortgage Deeds, Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds, Reconveyance/Release Deeds, security creation documents, and charge-release documentation, and assists in verification of title papers for secured lending. In addition, she provides state-level regulatory and compliance support, including RERA-related documentation, verification of statutory requirements, and coordination with revenue and municipal authorities for approvals relevant to real estate transactions. Namrata regularly guides end-users, buyers, and property owners through the complete process of selling and purchasing floors, plots, and built-up properties — from initial due diligence and document scrutiny to drafting, negotiation, and execution of the Sale Deed. Namrata is enrolled with the Bar Council and is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association. Outside work, Namrata enjoys music, reading and exploring new places.
